Vita Paparinska. Aristoteļa Rētorika – didaktisks teksts?
1. Antīkajos avotos, kuri sniedz ziņas par Aristoteļa dzīvi, par sarakstītajiem darbiem un to teksta tradīciju, konkrētu ziņu par traktātu Rētorika ir maz, par teksta vietu un nozīmi sarakstīšanas laika kultūrtelpā – nav vispār.
2. Mūsdienu zinātniskā doma neapšauba faktu, ka Aristoteļa Rētorika ir teksts, kas bija iederīgs Atēnu kultūrvidē, tur tika novērtēts un varēja pilnvērtīgi funkcionēt – tostarp kā rētorikas mācību līdzeklis Aristoteļa skolā Licejā.
3. Šis uzstādījums pamatojas uz diviem no antīkajiem tekstiem izsecinātiem argumentiem:
- kad Aristotelis atgriezās Atēnās 335.g.p.m.ē., Rētorika bija pabeigta / gandrīz pabeigta (abu faktu hronoloģisko sasaisti pierāda precīzi datējamie fakti antīko avotu liecībās);
- antīkie avoti liecina, ka Aristotelis pastāvīgi un ilgstoši darbojies didaktikas jomā (Akadēmijas periodā viņš pasniedzis rētoriku, un noteikti arī vēlākā Aristoteļa pedagoģiskā darbība – gan Maķedonijas Aleksandra skolotāja statusā, gan Licejā – ietvēra antīkās pasaules nozīmīgākā kultūrfenomena – rētorikas – didaktiku.
4. Aristotelis pārzinājis un kritiski vērtējis dažādu autoru iepriekš izstrādāto rētorikas mācībgrāmatu saturu – tā varēja būt motivācija piedāvāt alternatīvu rētorikas izklāstu.
5. Pārliecinošs apstiprinājums, ka Rētorika ir izstrādāta izmantojumam mācību procesā, ir šī darba atbilstība antīkajos avotos norādītajām didaktiska teksta raksturiezīmēm:
- didaktiskie teksti ir divu veidu - skaidrojumi / pamācības un iztirzājumi (Tractatus Coislinianus). Rētorika ir zinību jomas iztirzājums;
- didaktiskā tekstā runā pats autors (Diomedis Ars grammatica.). Rētorika strukturēta kā autora vēstījums vienskaitļa 1.personā;
- didaktiskā tekstā vienmēr ir skolotājs un skolnieks / mērķauditorija (Servii Praefatio ad Georgica.). Rētorikā funkcionē vispārināts skolotāja tēls sasaistē ar mērķauditoriju.
Līva Muižniece. Zināšanas un zinātnisks izskaidrojums Aristoteļa filozofijā
Referāta uzdevums ir aplūkot Aristoteļa atbildi uz jautājumu, kas ir zināšana, kritiski izvērtējot sengrieķu domātāja pārliecību, ka jebkurš zinātnisks izskaidrojums, pirmkārt, sākas ar noteiktas parādības eksistences fakta konstatāciju, un otrkārt, pāriet pie vaicājuma, kāpēc attiecīgais fakts ir spēkā, kādi tā cēloņi. Noskaidrot cēloņus nozīmē tuvoties izpētes objekta būtisko pazīmju atklāšanai un izteikšana definīcijās, kas ļauj izskaidrot pārējās pētījuma objekta īpašības. Taču kā iespējams nošķirt būtiskās un nebūtiskās pazīmes? Kā mēs varam būt droši, ka pētījuma ceļš nav izvēlēts patvaļīgi un virzība patiešām notiek no faktiem pie izskaidrojumiem, no lietām pie lietu būtībām? Vai jau iepriekš nav jāpieņem kāda sistemātiska klasifikācija, kas leģitimē vienu faktu uzskatīšanu par dotiem, bet citu – par izskaidrojošiem? Ja tā, tad kas kalpo par šādas sistēmas izejas punktu? Kā iespējams izvairīties no cirkularitātes;– skaidrojumu riņķojuma „pa apli”? Lai izgaismotu Aristoteļa stratēģiju un tās problemātiskos aspektus, uzmanības centrā būs Aristoteļa darba Analytica posteriora II. grāmata un tajā paustās teorijas saistība ar relevantām piezīmēm citviet filozofa darbu korpusā.
Brigita Aleksejeva. Piezīmes par Rētorikas tekstu – izziņas avots
- Darbs pie Rētorikas teksta komentēšanas un labošanas (!) ir vēl senāks nekā pie tā tulkošanas. Pētījumi par Aristoteļa Rētorikas vēsturi atklāj, ka Rētorikas teksta skaidrošanas pirmsākumi meklējami jau drīz pēc Aristoteļa nāves. Ar jaunu sparu un citā kvalitātē Rētorikas teksta komentēšanu, skaidrošanu (arī labošanu) turpina tās tulkotāji, sākot no 1000. gada mūsu ērā līdz pat mūsdienām.
- Jo precīzāks tulkojums, jo vairāk dažādu no teksta nošķirtu paskaidrojoša satura atsauču un pielikumu, turpretim, ja tulkotājs vairāk uzmanības veltījis tulkojuma vieglākai uztverei, lasāmībai, liela daļa paskaidrojumu jau ir ietverti tulkojuma tekstā un papildmateriālu apjoms parasti ir krietni mazāks.
- Aristoteļa Retorikas pirmās grāmatas tulkojuma latviešu valodā pamattekstā nav iekļauti oriģināltekstā neesoši paskaidrojumi vai papildinājumi. Kā tas ietekmē tulkojumu?
- Rētorikas pirmās grāmatas tulkojumu latviešu valodā papildina piezīmes par specifiskiem antīkās kultūras un vēstures faktiem un glosārijs, kurā apkopoti nozīmīgāko jēdzienu apzīmējumi un to ekvivalenti latviešu valodā. Sagatavotie papildmateriāli: (1) palīdz labāk izprast Aristoteļa domu gaitu, (2) atklāj aktuālo tā laika sociālpolitiskajā un kultūrvēsturiskajā vidē.

1. Aristoteļa gnomes noteiksme: tā ir vispārīgs apgalvojums par cilvēku rīcību – kāda būtu jāizvēlas un no kādas būtu jāizvairās.

Sākot ar rītdienu (25.10.) sākam apmeklētājiem piedāvāt grāmatas bez maksas. Otrajā stāvā atrodas kartona kaste ar uzrakstu „¼ Dāvana”. Grāmatas, kas tajā atrodas, laipni aicinām ņemt, neko nemaksājot. Šobrīd kastē esam ievietojuši dažādus žurnāla „Karogs” numurus (1992., 1998. 2000., 2003., 2004. gads), apmēram septiņus mums vēlīgi uzdāvinātus Paula Bankovska romāna „Plāns ledus” eksemplārus (pilnīgi jaunus), stāstu krājumu „Skola” vācu valodā, dažādas lubenes, pašpalīdzības grāmatas un pat Agates Nesaules „Sievieti dzintarā”. Kastes saturu papildināsim katru dienu. Nāciet, ņemiet un lasiet! (Lai izvairītos no situācijas, kad viens sevišķi kārs lasītājs paņem visu kasti, aicinām neņemt vairāk par divām grāmatām vienā reizē...)
Otrdien, 24. novembrī, plkst. 19:00 Viktora Kaļitvjanska (Maskava) lugas "Šķūtnieks" prezentācija. Organizē Dramaturgu ģilde un Dainis Grīnvalds. Prezentācija latviešu valodā, lugas fragmenti tiks lasīti krievu valodā. 1938. gada raganu medības mazā Sibīrijas pilsētiņā. Kas notiek ar mūsu cilvēcisko identitāti, kad zudušas jebkādas robežās starp meliem un patiesību, jēgpilnu darbību un bezprātu, noziedznieku un upuri katrā atsevišķajā cilvēkā?
Trešdien, 25. novembrī plkst. 18:00 Nikolā Burjo grāmatas „Attiecību estētika” atvēršana. Diemžēl pats autors gripas dēļ ar lekciju neieradīsies, taču prezentācija ar vīnu un diskusijām notiks paredzētajā laikā.
Ceturtdien, 26. novembrī plkst. 18:30 Klāsa Vāveres grāmatas „101 mūzikas albums vērtīgai kolekcijai” prezentācija plašākai auditorijai. Autogrāfi, mūzika un teksta priekšnesums.
Sestdien, 28. novembrī plkst. 18:00 dzejas lasījums, kas pulcēs vienkopus dzejniekus Ksavjēru Farē (Katalonija, Spānija), Bartošu Konstratu (Polija), Artūru Vaļoni (Lietuva), Donātu Petrošu (Lietuva), Ingmāru Balodi (Latvija) un Kārli Vērdiņu (Latvija), kuri šobrīd Rakstnieku un tulkotāju mājā Ventspilī piedalās starptautiskā atdzejas seminārā.
